Decca Building Group Pty Ltd (DECCA) is primarily a construction and development company formed in 2002. DECCA has 20 over years experience and knowledge gained from managing large, prestigious projects in NSW, QLD and ACT.

Its principal Director of Construction is Michael Dascarolis. Michael has worked in senior construction roles for some of Australia’s most reputable building and development corporations including, Mulitplex, Bovis Lend Lease and Leighton. During this period in both Sydney and Canberra, Michael gained invaluable experience managing multi-million dollar commercial, office and high-rise projects.

DECCA has completed projects in all areas of the construction industry including Commonwealth Government office, retail, club fit out/ refurbishment and high end residential.

DECCA’s strengths lie in personal client liaison, where the director has a hands-on approach to managing the day-to-day activities of the group.

Furthermore, as a result of having worked for larger corporations, the group has been able to adopt and implement effective construction management systems, which can be applied successfully to all development and construction projects.

Michael’s broad responsibilities include everything from client liaison, cost planning and construction management through to delivery of the end product. He is the first point of contact for new construction business and assist the development team during the early feasibility stages of new projects.
